RETURN OR EXCHANGE ARTICLE?
Do you wish to return your ordered article or would you like to exchange your ordered article? Please contact our customerservice: shop@detoilescasiope and ask for a returnform and a returncode. All articles will be refunded. We can also offer a voucher if requested. It is important the article returned is in the same condition as sent by D-ETOILES CASIOPE.
HOW DO TO RETURN MY ARTICLE?
Please request our customerservice for a return code : email@example.com When you have received a return code and a return form you will have fourteen (14) days to return your article to us. The shipping costs for the return will be paid by the client.

CONDITIONS RETURNS :
- We can only accept returns with a return code and return form.
- Return forms need to be completed including reason for the return, the name of the bank account IBAN en BIC, for us to refund the money.
- The package must be returned in it’s original packaging. The packaging must also be complete and undamaged.
- The items of your return shipment must be undamaged and show no signs of use.
- We don't credit damaged and/or used items.
- Please return your parcel by using a track & trace code.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN?
It will take about 2-3 workdays before we have received your return. Once your return has been received we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. We recommend using a track & trace code when you return your parcel to us.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE REFUND?
When your return has been received and the confirmation e-mail has been sent we will issue payment within 14 days into your account.
